Further, with the rise of conquest through might and military and various societal reformations across the globe, the marginalised were exploited to the extent that, in the present date, their relegation has become wonted. Though the concept of conquest may have become redundant in the present day, but it has transformed through capitalism and technology, which has further oppressed the marginalised sections with rising conflicts domestically and internationally. Thus, Socio-Legal Review of Marginalised Sections is a peer-reviewed, biannual socio-legal journal that aims to provide a platform for various sections of the intellectual diaspora through an inter-disciplinary approach and discourse to eradicate the issues faced by the marginalised sections in this conflict-ridden world.
Throughout human history, various sections of society have suffered relegation and discrimination. With the rise of conquests driven by military might and the subsequent waves of societal reform across the globe, marginalised communities were exploited to such an extent that their oppression has become a norm in contemporary times. Although the concept of conquest may appear obsolete today, it has evolved through the forces of capitalism and technology, further oppressing marginalised groups amidst increasing domestic and international conflicts.
In this context, Socio-Legal Review of Marginalised Sections is a peer-reviewed, biannual socio-legal journal that seeks to provide a platform for diverse intellectual voices. Through an interdisciplinary approach, it aims to foster discourse that addresses and eradicates the challenges faced by marginalised communities in our conflict-ridden world.
