Throughout human history, various sections of society have suffered relegation and discrimination. With the rise of conquests driven by military might and the subsequent waves of societal reform across the globe, marginalised communities were exploited to such an extent that their oppression has become a norm in contemporary times. Although the concept of conquest may appear obsolete today, it has evolved through the forces of capitalism and technology, further oppressing marginalised groups amidst increasing domestic and international conflicts.
In this context, Socio-Legal Review of Marginalised Sections is a peer-reviewed, biannual socio-legal journal that seeks to provide a platform for diverse intellectual voices. Through an interdisciplinary approach, it aims to foster discourse that addresses and eradicates the challenges faced by marginalised communities in our conflict-ridden world.
